We have 13 RV sites for sale on Rush Lake starting at $60k.  Boat slips are sold separately for $12k and we have 16 boat slips in total.

 

The 2025 HOA fee is $2301 without a boat slip or $2601 with (covers dock/lift install/removal.)  Owners are responsible for cabin taxes, insurance, electric. 

 

Please note: First National Bank of Henning will finance cabins and RV spots.
