These condo units will be usable year round, and they are being sold with furniture and fixtures included. Our boat slips are sold separately for $12k and we have 16 boat slips in total.
The 2025 HOA fee is $2301 without a boat slip or $2601 with (covers dock/lift install/removal.) Owners are responsible for property taxes, insurance, electric.
