RUSH LAKE CABINS FOR SALE

We have 14 cabins, most with 2-3 bedrooms and each with it's own special character. The cabins are being sold with furnishings and fixtures included. Boat slips are sold separately for $12k and we have 16 boat slips in total.

The 2025 HOA fee is $2301 without a boat slip or $2601 with (covers dock/lift install/removal.)  Owners are responsible for cabin taxes, insurance, electric.
